How do I create an account?

You need an account to be able to shop with Snap Buys. Your free Snap Buys Account allows you to place orders without you having to fill in your details each time you shop with us. You can create an account now or you can start shopping and then set up your account when you checkout.

I’ve forgotten my password

To reset your password, select the Forgot Password link and follow the prompts to be sent an email that explains how you can change your password.

If you are able to sign into your account, select the ‘My Account’ heading and then select the ‘Edit Account’ tab. You will then be required to enter you’re old password and then your new password twice before selecting ‘Save Changes’. Your password will now be updated.

How do I edit my account details?

If you’d like to edit any of your account details, such as your email, password or shipping address, select the My Account heading located at the top of our homepage, followed by the ‘Edit Account’ tab.

Why can’t I sign into my account?

Please ensure you are entering the correct email and password for your account. If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgotten Password link to reset.

Can I close my account?

You can close your account by contacting our Customer Service Team with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your account email address
  • Your billing address

Once this information has been received, we will close your account and send you a confirmation email. However, we may still have to hold information about you for administrative purposes, and to retain evidence of our service agreement with you. How do I edit my address?

You have the option to enter a delivery address during the Checkout process. Once your order has been confirmed, we will email you the details – including your entered delivery address. We encourage all shoppers to review their order confirmation email for any mistakes.

To edit address details, select the My Account heading located at the top of our homepage, followed by ‘Edit’ below Billing Address or Shipping Address.

Can I change my order?

We’re pretty quick at processing orders to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can modify your order as much as you like before you click ‘Confirm & Pay’ but following this you will not be able to make changes to your order. In such case, we recommend you return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Process.

I would like to cancel my order

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you confirmed your order. This does not apply for intimates, such as underwear, hosiery and socks where the hygiene seal has been removed or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Snap Buys of your decision to cancel the order by contacting our Customer Service Team with your name, address and order number details, as well as your request to cancel your order. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of your order. You can do this by mailing the return items to:

Why am I unable to access/order from your website?

If you are encountering technical problems with our website, we recommend you make sure that you have the latest updates for your operating system. If this doesn’t work, try using a different browser and clearing the cache.

Is my payment information safe?

You can be assured that your Snap Buys shopping experience is safe! Security is very important to us at Snap Buys and our site contains its own encryption software to ensure critically sensitive information, such as your name, address and your credit/debit card details are always safe. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

When will I be charged?

Payment will be taken as soon as you select ‘Proceed’ during checkout.

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can also contact our Customer Service Team to help track your order.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We endeavour to meet our estimated delivery time frames. However, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

Can you express ship my order?
We do not offer an express shipping service and are unable to accelerate individual orders. 

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind about any purchased items you can return them to us for a refund on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:

  • returned within 14 days of order;
  • not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
  • not damaged in any way.


We will provide you with a refund only when we receive the returned product. You are responsible for payment of return postage on your order.


If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty/incorrect item, please email our Customer Service Team with your order number and they will be more than happy to help you.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

What is your returns policy?

Should you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks and swimwear due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • You must obtain proof of postage in case your order is lost along its way back to Snap Buys. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • We reserve the right not to refund you if the return items are outside the terms of our returns Policy.
  • The customer must pay the costs of the returns.
